Joe Lindley has extensive experience in software engineering, project management, process improvement, and software measurement.  His successes include development of Best Practice measurement improvements and tools, on-time project completions, and  innovative process improvements.  He has spoken/published at a national level and is the inventor for 2 patents and 2 patents pending.  Joe has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and resides in Garland, TX.
